Option 2:  Company Logo and Custom Text

You might desire your company's logo on your label with a greeting or saying. We are able to work from many standard image formats and will supply you with samples of your label via email for your approval prior to completion of your order. We must receive your approval in writing before your order is processed.

With this option, all label data files are stored and may be used at your discretion whenever you order. All created label data files become the property of Scentsational Concepts and will not be released to any person or entity. In addition, any company proprietary information, either hardcopy or electronic, will not be released to any person or entity without the written permission of the original owner/company.

Option 3:  Single Custom Label

This option is for those who would like to purchase candles in small quantities (under a case) but would like a custom label. These labels are not stored for later use as those in Option 1 and Option 2 are.

Label Sizes

Due to the diminutive sizes of the 1.5 oz Hexagon, 1.5 oz Classic, and 4 oz Oval Hexagon, no custom label option is offered.

The label for the 4 oz Classic is 1.56" tall X 2.5" wide. Customizing for this label is limited to 2 lines, 18 characters and spaces.

1.56" X 2.5" Custom Label

The label for the 6.5 oz Classic container is 2.5" tall X 3.65" wide. Customizing for this label is limited to 2 lines, 26 characters and spaces each line, centrally located on the label.

                
2" x 3.75" Custom Label

The label for the 6.5 oz Victorian, 10 oz Classic, and 16 oz Keepsake  2" tall X 4" wide. Customizing for this label may include 1 headline of text up to 30 characters and spaces and up to 3 subsequent lines of text, up to 15 characters and spaces each line. All text will be centrally located on the label. In addition, 2 lines on the bottom left and 2 lines on the bottom right may be utilized for address, phone & fax information. It is also possible to include a web address in the center at the bottom.

2" X 4" Custom Label

The label for the 9 oz Hexagon, 16 oz Classic, 10 oz Victorian, and 16 oz Apothecary is 2.4" tall X 3.75" wide. Customizing for this label may include up to 4 lines of text; 1 headline up to 30 characters and spaces followed by up to 3 lines of text up to 15 characters and spaces with each line centrally located on the label. In addition, 2 lines on the bottom left and 2 lines on the bottom right may be utilized for address, phone & fax information. It is also possible to include a web address in the center at the bottom.

2.4" X 3.75" Custom Label

The label for the 26 oz Keepsake is 3-1/3" wide X 4" tall. Customizing for this label may include 1 headline of text up to 30 characters and spaces followed by up to 3 lines of text up to 26 characters and spaces, each line centrally located on the label. In addition, 2 lines on the bottom left and 2 lines on the bottom right may be utilized for address, phone & fax information. It is also possible to include a web address in the center at the bottom.


3" X 4" Custom Label

Caution and Instruction Label    

Every Scentsational Concepts candle comes with a caution and instruction label. BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE BURN INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY to obtain the most benefit from your triple-scented Scentsational Concepts candle. Those of our customers that do have raved about how long they last and how strong the fragrances are. We are sure you will feel the same once you have experienced one of our candles. Caution label text reads:

CAUTION! NEVER LEAVE BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED  Do not move candle while burning or if wax is hot. Burn only on stable heat resistant surface for no longer than 4 hours continuously. Extinguish and allow wax to solidify. Cut wick to 1/4" before relighting to prevent smoking. Do not burn last 1/2" of candle. Keep away from children and pets.

Custom Label Set Up Pricing

Pricing for label set up is as follows:

1. Text Only - $15.00 with up to a 1 case order (1-12 candles) or FREE with a 2 case order (24 candles). All labels are retained on file for subsequent orders placed with no additional charge for the labels.
    
2. Company Logo - $25.00 with a 2 case (24 candles) minimum order or FREE with a 3 case order (36 candles). All labels are retained on file for subsequent orders placed with no additional charge for the labels.
    
3. Single Custom Label -  $1.00 will be added to each candle utilizing a single custom label. No minimum order requirement, 2 lines of text maximum. Available on 4 oz and larger. This is a ONE-TIME only use; the data file will not be stored for future use.
